Dan Roney's grandfather begins his career in transportation, laying the foundation for a family legacy.
Receives grandfather rights from the Interstate Commerce Commission, earning formal authority to operate.
Dan's father grows the operation to 600 company trucks and 200 owner-operators — 800 trucks total on the road. The fleet's legacy was featured in Fleet Owner Magazine in 1986.
Dan Roney founds Dover Services, continuing a third-generation commitment to excellence in freight transportation.
